The Details

Cortona, Tuscany. Syrah & Viognier. The grapes are fermented in whole clusters via wild yeasts in stainless steel. Maceration lasts for 7 days, then the wine settles for one month in stainless steel tank before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, & no additional SO2.
