Equal parts Grenache/Carignan/Mourvèdre from organically cultivated vines in the Corbièrres. Hand-harvested, destemmed, and co-fermented spontaneously with a 2 week maceration before 6 months in foudre. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
