The Details
45% carignan, 45% black grenache and 10% syrah from 100 year old, hillside vines grown on schist soils. The Carignan and Grenache Noir are vinified in carbonic maceration, and the Syrah is destemmed, not crushed. 18-day vattin, 9 months aging in old oak barrels.
