The Details

One of the great French rosés, this is 100% Cabernet Franc from the famed La Croix Boisée vineyard of Chinon (clay silex soils over limestone). The grapes are hand-harvested and gently, diretly pressed and slowly spontaneously ferment in unlined cement vat. Maturation lasts several months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. Dry!
