The Details

Blanc de Franc! 100% Cabernet Franc from organically cultivated vines in Saumur. Grapes are hand-harvested from a younger vineyard planted to limestone / clay soils and directly pressed to fiberglass tank where it spontaneous ferments and ages for 5 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
