The Details
1 BOTTLE / CUSTOMER
100% Pinot Noir from 65 year-old biodynamically cultivated vines in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch infusion for 9 days prior to pressing. 12 months élevage in neutral barrel, bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
The artist formerly known as Rosie Red – this year they’ve named it Sur La Plage as there is some fruit from parcels other than the Vigne de Rose though this still makes up the majority of the wine, and both parcels have sand all over them aka we are on the beach. Really lovely texture owing to the whole-bunch infusion of the Pinot – the juiciest and also the shyest at first. Decant and let its beauty unfurl itself with air.
