The Details
100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically farmed vines in the Valais in the Swiss Alps. Grapes are hand-harvested, and spontaneously ferment and age for up to 10 months in stainless steel tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
