The Details
Minervois, Southern France.
From a small organically cultivated parcel of 70-90 year-old vines of Terret Gris, Carignan Blanc, Macabeu, Marsanne, Muscat Blanc, Grenache Gris & a smattering of rare indigenous varieties they haven't identified, "L'Orange" is Domaine de Courbissac's estate macerated wine, spontaneously fermented in whole-bunches before pressing after 9-days of maceration into tank/concrete where the wine matures for several months prior to bottling. Unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal added SO2. 12%ABV
