Ancient Jurassic blend of Trousseau/Poulsard/Petit Béclan/Enfariné from biodynamically cultivated vines outside Arbois. 50/50 destemmed and whole-cluster spontaneous fermentation and aging in sandstone jar. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
