The Details
From biodynamically cultivated vines on arguably the greatest hill in the Jura for Poulsard (Ploussard), the Côte de Feule. Grapes are hand-harvested and semi-carbonically macerate for 20 days with few pumpovers. Pressed and aged for 10 months in large neutral foudres. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
