Near Vallet in the heart of the Muscadet, this estate has been farming organically since the early '60s and are considered the most expert farmers in the area -- a farmer's farmer in terms of being able to cultivate vines organically within the cold and wet climate of the Muscadet, Stéphane Orieux makes this delicious, straightforward terroir driven Melon de Bourgogne.
