Declassified Puligny Montrachet ergo the name’s playful / Proustian seeming nonsense (“The Sweater Which Denies The Chopped Watch”) which sounds a lot like Puligny-Montrachet if you say it fast. Very fancy, very, very --  exceedingly -- rare. A friend’s parcel of Chardonnay PM farmed by biodynamically by Benoît. Direct Pressing, Neutral Barrel. A single barrel made. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
