The Details
From a 1.8HA lieu-dit in Fleurie named Chappelle des Bois, this is the coldest parcel they farm with vines ranging in age from 22-72 years-old. Organically farmed vines, the grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster semi-carbonically macerate for 17 days prior to pressing. 50/50 steel and neutral french oak for aging up to 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, 10 added ppm SO2.
