Organic and biodynamic. 36% Mourvèdre, 32% Cinsault, 25% Grenache and 7% Clairette from vines grown on clay-limestone with a red subsoil alongside the Mediterranean. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermentations take place in open top cement vats, lasting about three weeks, with occasional pump-overs. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
