100+ year-old history pieces of Chenin Blanc vines grown in Jasnieres yield this wine only made in the select, best vintages.
The grapes were harvested late with botrytis, pressed directly to barrel and fermented dry. 4 years of élevage in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 14.5%ABV
