The Details
100% Chenin Blanc from Bourgeuil. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged in a combination of fiberglass and neutral oak vat. Bottled unfined, lightly filtered, minimal added SO2 at bottling.
"Bruit des Glaçons or "The Sound of the Ice Cubes", is a simple mention of the wine being enjoyed cold at any point in the day."
