The Details

100% Grenache Noir from a single parcel planted to rocky clay & limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for a short period of time (7-days) prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 8 months in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 (<10ppm).
