100% Gamay from biodynamically farmed 80 year-old vines in the south of the Beaujolais in Ternand. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch macerate/spontaneously ferment in stainless steel prior to pressing. Élevage for 10-12 months in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
