About the wine
A blend of Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir, grown on granite soil from younger vines. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero SO2. A fresh, vibrant wine that showcases the juicy cherry of Gamay, the more serious herbaceousness of Cabernet Franc, and the mysterious dark red fruit of Yon Valley's Pinot. Bright acidity and a long, savory finish.
