100% biodynamically farmed Gamay from Quincié-en-Beaujolais on granitic/sandy soils, 60-year-old vines. The grapes semi-carbonically macerate in concrete vat prior to a short élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
