The Details

 Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc / Merlotfrom biodynamically cultivated vines in Bouzet, a small appellation southeast of Bordeaux in the French Southwest. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with 100% whole-cluster, 50-day maceration prior to 2 year aging in demi-muid. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
