The Details

Nouveau! From vines in the southern Beaujolais near the hamlet of Le Breuil this is from 50-100 year-old vines planted on granitic/clay/limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, and carbonically macerate for 5 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 - and shipped! 13% ABV
