The Details
100% Pinot Noir fermented spontaneously in stainless steel and macerated on the skins for a total of 4 weeks. The wine is then racked off the skins into a stainless steel tank and aged for just 4 months. The wine is racked one more time the day before bottling.
This is one of the few places in the world where Pinot Noir is grown on schist.
