About the wine

From 50 year-old biodynamically cultivated vines in Alsace, this is a fascinating solera-method blend of the 4 different Pinots Geschickt grows (Blanc, Gris, Noir, Auxerrois) dating back to 2015. Grapes are directly pressed in a pneumatic press and settle in stainless steel vats where spontaneous fermentation occurs. "When space is left in the oak barrels (following our annual autumn bottling), the wine is barreled for aging. A part of this completes the lighting of the perpetual cuvée (exquisite corpse)."

The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 14%ABV
