100% Elbling from Coteaux de Stadtbredimus, young vines planted on clay/limestone soils in Remich, Luxembourg. Hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel before aging also in tank sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (>15ppm) added SO2.
