The Details

This dry yet generous Riesling has a mineral-driven palate that is truly sparkling. It possesses an extraordinary richness and vibrant clementine-scented fruit, while maintaining the elegant and persistent acidity that is characteristic of Riesling. This wine is long, complex, and superb. It is made entirely from Riesling grapes, primarily from the 2017 vintage. The base wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel with no added sulphites throughout the process. After spending 48 months on lees, it receives a final dosage of 6.4 g/l. Only 2,200 bottles of this unique and exceptional wine were produced, crafted by a remarkable individual.
