100% Pinot Noir from 50-60 year-old vines sustainably cultivated in the southernmost part of Champagne. 15 day maceration is followed by 10 month élevage surlie in neutral oak barrel prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 at bottling. 12.5%ABV
