The Details

100% Pinot Gris from organically cultivated vines in the north of Muscadet in the Coteaux d'Ancenis. The grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment in contact with the skins (macerate) for 10 days prior to pressing. Aging in a combination of tank and neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12.5%ABV
