The Details

True Vouvray (sec)! 100% Chenin Blanc hand-harvested from clay/limestone soils. Grapes are directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in neutral barrel. Racked to barrique for élevage prior to bottling with grape must to kickstart secondary fermentation in bottle. Disgorged, unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal added SO2 (>25ppm total). 12.5%ABV
