The Details

Classic, rustic southern French countryside wine. A beautiful, pastoral kind of bottle. 60% Carignan, 35% Syrah, 5% Marselan biodynamically cultivated in the clay/limestone soils of the Corbières. Destemmed, the Carignan grapes macerate for 10 days meanwhile the Syrah & Marselan co-macerate for 8-days prior to a blending of all the juices. Spontaneously fermented and aged in fiber tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
