Biodynamic Alsatian Edelzwicker! A classic of the region, this is 32% Riesling, 26% Auxerrois, 25% Gewürztraminer, 10% Pinot Gris, & 7% Muscat. Grapes are hand-harvested, slowly whole-cluster pressed to large neutral cask for spontaneous fermentation and aging for 10 months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<30ppm) added SO2. 12% ABV
