The Details

60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Menu Pineau from the sandy clayey limestone soils of Cheverny. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age (sur lie)in stainless steel tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 13.5%ABV
