The Details
100% Pinot Noir from near Arbois sourced from two vineyards - one close to La Mulatière, the other Les Bodines. Clay-dominant soils. Hand-harvested, the grapes are manually destemmed and spontaneously ferment/macerate for 3 weeks prior to 50% of the wine pressing to 600L neutral barrique & 50% pressed to stainless steel for ~10 month élevage before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 this vintage.
