Rosé pét-nat from Rivesaltes. 100% Grenache from organically cultivated vines in Rivesaltes' clay/schist/sand/marble soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, shortly macerated prior to pressing and bottling. Spontaneous fermentation finishes in bottle a la ancestral method. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
