The Details

100% Syrah from organically farmed, 35+ year-old vines planted in clay/limestone soils of the Ardèche. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in stainless steel prior to élevage for 10 months in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
