About the wine

A truly delicate Pinot Noir that is unencombered by oak stucture, excessive vegetal notes or the kind of hauty minerality that is prevalanet in Loire expressions. Distinct black cherry both on the nose and on the palate, with a romantic aromatic robe surrounding the fruit (Chanel #5?) and a nuanced palate, at once sour cherry and tart pomengranate. Unfined, with a small amount of SO2 at bottling.
