The Details
From the Mosse family in Anjou, this is their nouveau from 2024! Composed of 65% Grolleau Gris, 20% Gamay, 15% Chenin Blanc, the grapes are hand-harvested from biodynamically farmed vines and vinified separately. The Grolleau Gris macerates for 4 hours prior to pressing. Gamay and Chenin are both directly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and a very short maturation in tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 9.5% ABV
