Grolleau & Pineau d'Aunis this vintage. Grapes are hand-harvested and and whole-cluster co-ferment for a very short period of time prior to pressing and a 6-9 month élevage in barrel. Botlted unfined, unfiltered, minimal to no SO2 depending on vintage. <10%ABV
