The Details
100% Riesling from 30+ year-old biodynamically cultivated vines in Epfig, Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment to dryness in tank prior to pressing and aging 12 months in tank sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
