Single-Vineyard Syrah with a bit of Grenache from Marlène Soria, the 'Queen of Syrah,' long the iconoclastic voice of the Hérault, working organically from 1980 onwards. Old-vines planted outside the hamlet of Saint-Pargoire in the Herault, Côteaux du Languedoc.
