The Details

80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Cinsault. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with a small amount of SO2. A super fresh, slightly chalky mouthfeel, with notes of wild rose and tiny French strawberries on the nose. Zippy acidity and star anise on the front palate, finishing with white spice and red plum. A great weekday warmer, with the levity for roast chicken and mushroom heavy dishes.
