Jura Chard. Fruit from a small plot of biodynamically farmed old vines. The Grand Curoulet slope is largely fossil rich, limestone based soils. Hand-harvested, directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral barrel. Zero/zero. 12.5%ABV
