Biodynamically cultivated Gewürztraminer & Riesling which macerate for 10-14 days - some slow pressed Pinot Noir is added to the mix. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in vat prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
