The Details
From Mittelbergheim, Alsace where Jean-Pierre Rietsch cultivates some of our favorites from what is undeniably one of our favorite regions to drink. This is a real gem of an Alsatian crémant - perfumed & fresh with understated complexity provided by an elegant bubble & deep minerality!
A blend of 18/19, the cépage overall is ~60% Auxerrois, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Gris. Secondary fermentation is kickstarted with the juice of the 2020 vintage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2 at bottling.
