The Details

Crémant d'Alsace! Composed of organically cultivated Auxerrois/Pinot Gris/Chardonnay from Mittelbergheim in the middle of Alsace. Grapes (in 2022) are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment/age in tank prior to bottling with a secondary fermentation in-bottle triggered by the addition of some fresh 2023 must. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
