The Details
100% Poulsard from the vineyards grown on Lias clay (La Vasée & Le Moulin). Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 3 months in foudre prior to pressing and aging in demi-muid for 6-9 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
