100% Traminer, aka Savagnin. Non-oxidative. Slowly pressed and fermentated in stainless steel with wild yeasts. 60% of the juice aged for 10 months in the same vats and the rest in neutral French oak. Malolactic fermentation is completed. Lightly filtered with a touch of SO2 added at bottling.
