The Details

Biodynamically cultivated Pinots Auxerrois and Gris & Riesling from a variety of the estate's parcels in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and the juice spontaneously ferments and ages in stainless steel before bottling and 4 years sur lattes. Disgorged in 2024 and aged a further 2 years in bottle before release. Unfined, unfiltered, no dosage, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
