The Details
100% Riesling biodynamically cultivated from the southeast portion of the Grand Cru Pfingstberg on limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, slow-pressed over 12 hours to large neutral foudre where the juice spontaneously ferments and ages for 2 years before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 13.5% ABV
