The Details
Part of Le Grappin's négoce line -- 100% Gamay from organically cultivated vines in Beaujolais-Villages. Grapes are handh-harvested and spontaneously ferment whole-cluster in concrete tank for 10 days prior to devatting/pressing. Aged in a large neutral wooden vat for months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10ppm) added SO2.
